Pre-Order & Lead Times

At Miata Parts, we stock thousands of parts in our warehouse, however some items are supplied on a pre-order basis. Please review the estimated lead times below before placing your order.

Jass Performance Parts

Jass Performance orders are placed with our supplier on the 20th of each month.

• Orders placed before the 20th will be included in the next supplier order.

• Once the supplier order has been placed, delivery to us is typically 7–10 days.

• Depending on when your order is placed, total wait times may vary.

Example:
If you order on the 5th of the month, your order will be included in the supplier order on the 20th, then typically arrive with us 7–10 days later.

Genuine Mazda Parts (Japan)

Many Genuine Mazda parts are sourced directly from Japan.

• Typical lead time: Approximately 3 weeks

• Some items may arrive sooner, while less common parts may take longer depending on supplier availability.

Aftermarket Parts

Most aftermarket parts that are not held in stock are sourced from our suppliers on demand.

• Typical lead time: 2–5 business days

• Subject to supplier stock availability.

Important Information

• Lead times are estimates only and may vary due to supplier delays, customs clearance, freight disruptions, or public holidays.

• If an item is out of stock with the supplier, we will contact you with an updated ETA as soon as possible.

• Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held and shipped together unless otherwise arranged.

• If you require a part urgently, please contact us before ordering and we'll confirm current availability and estimated delivery times.
