The Jass Performance Flush Headlights were initially conceived as a performance modification to reduce weight and optimize airflow and temperatures. Their design and function have since been refined to meet the following requirements:

Installation:

Installation is intuitive and quick, supported by a provided manual. The kit includes all necessary components.

Headlight Units:

These headlights use the same units as the Jass Performance Low Profile lights, known for their excellent light output. If you already own the Low Profile lights, you can purchase the Flush Headlights kit without the headlight units.

Design and Testing:

Photos showcasing the flush fit are available in the image gallery. The design has been validated at several shows, and their function has been proven in real-world and track use (see gallery).

Optional Cold Side Air Intake Kit:

A specially developed Cold Side Air Intake kit is available for the Flush Headlights. This comprehensive kit redirects the air intake to the cold side under the right headlight housing, maximizing exposure to fresh air. Please see the separate product page for more details. 

Optional Ultrabright LED H4 Bulbs:

We are producing by own specification Uptrabright H4 LED bulbs for these headlights. They are made to have perfect focus and cut out with 2.5 times brighter output and reliable/long lasting.
